Noirot has been delighting palates for more than a century! Our aromatic extracts were born from botanist and herbalist Théodule Noirot's love of plants. Inspired by the traditional methods used by monks, he opened a factory in 1890 to produce drinks with authentic, natural flavors.
In 1990, the brand took a turn by merging its know-how with Antésite, under the impetus of Denis Quattrocchi. This sweet union gave birth to a range of flavored wines in 2011, which cleverly combined tradition and innovation.
The brand became Maison Noirot and joined, with Antésite, Les Breuvages du Voironnais. The spirit of these pioneers of flavour remains intact: the two brands of French culinary heritage continue to thrive by reinventing themselves every day.
